EDIT: theres definately no wire at plug 2....theres one indicator light on the foglight switch that has never lit up..its kinda down and to the right of the ****..i know it has to light up cus i can see a bulb directly behind it
I thought I saw a picture of the fog lights illuminated in this thread?

If the fog light indicator has not illuminated...then YES run a 12v feed line to the pin 2. I would recommend putting an inline fuse before it feeds the HL switch, so you have some circuit protection. Whatever the fog light manufacturer recommends should be sufficient. That way your switch is protected too.

You should be able to run any fused 12V line to Pin 2 but you'll still need to run a line from Pin 5 to the relay socket pin 1.

With 12V at pin 2 and pin5....when you put on the lights and fog lights (i.e. you pull out on the headlamp switch....) Do you get 3 of the lights in Post #13 as well as a 4th (mine's yellow)?

You do have your hi-beams off right?
