Wink Horn Doesn't Work

I have a 1994 Ford F-150 P/U.It's a 5.0L with a v-8 .The horn does work and I have looked eveywhere to find the relay switch and can't.I have checked every fuse and they are all good. I put a direct line to the horn and it work but the buttons on the steering wheel don't.I could use any advise anyone has to offer and would greatly appreciate it.

The Horn Relay is in the Engine compartment fuse box.

Should look something like this:

You can find that same info in your owner's manual. If you don't have one, download the closest year from Ford.

The most common cause is a bad clock spring. Look through these pics & their captions.

I've got a '98 F-150 Supercab and my horn quit working.

I tried to look for the online manual via the Ford link.......(hilarious that I had to actually use a '97 Manual to find the matching fusebox panel as mine even though mine's a LATE '98)..... The panel they show doesn't show anything about a horn fuse in there & I don't know where else it would be. (???)

Anyway........I push on the steering wheel & nothing happens. Before I go pulling every single fuse out of the box, I thought I'd ask here to see if anybody else knows anything about this.

Thanks~Randy

...or you could look thru those pics I linked, follow some of the suggestions above, and the post the results you got. Don't expect us to retype the instructions & suggestions you can already read by scrolling up. And until you try them & tell us what you found, there's no point in us giving you any others.

And what does your owner's manual say fuse 5 & relay 7 do in the underhood fuse block (power distribution box)?
