LMAO!!!...

It won't be that bad. Just a matter of finding that darn circuit #400 power so that I can have it tied to the windows delayed relay. Everything else will be cake and I shouldn't have a problem.

flafonman,

ROFL

Hell, the wires were in and the slider working 2 days ago.
We're just trying for the record of the longest, in number of days, thread. It must be consecutive days with a minimum of 2 posts by 3 members. So that is six posts per day. Next week we were going to wire up a power point in the engine compartment so Brad could hook up his lap top and use his cell phone to post questions on how to find circuit 400 in the engine compartment. 2 Guys Garage, look out!

His cat already used all nine of its lives, and the turtle is about cooked

That is why Brad is looking for a new house, the slider went through the neighbors window and distroyed the B&O stereo

BTW : Free Post ( I learned from the Best : Josh )

Anyone offer any help on removing the back glass? I can't get it to budge after removing all of the bolts... it must be the butyl seal.

HELP!

It's in and... even better...

IT WORKS!!!!!

I found C248 with no problem. It's part of a 'three connector stack' immediately behind the emergency brake. I spliced into it right there. CAKE!

My only problem is that I'm a bonehead... (as you all already know) and I mounted the switch slightly crooked. *shrugs* Nothing I can do now because I'll have a hole in the dash if I try to square it up.

Other than that... I LOVE IT!!

I need some pretty weather here now to go and enjoy it!

Again, JMC, SSCULLY... you guys are awesome. Thanks a million for all the help. Sincerely.... thank you.

Brad,

Glad to hear that you got it working and isntalled ( sorry I did not have much help in getting the window out, never did that ).

As for finding C248, good thing it was behind the parking brake, that is kind of a b!tch to fish the rubber boot between the door and the body.

Just glad I could offer someone some help.

Brad,

Good for you! So how did you get the window out.

JMC,

Just ended up cutting more and more and more... I didn't think I was ever going to finally snap the butyl seal as it was a BIG S-O-B to remove but, just like all good things, it had to come to an end.

I took some peeekatures but, with the galleries in their current state, I can't show them to you...
