PHP Grython CS vs. SCT Livewire?

Im looking at getting a programmer for my truck. Either a PHP Gryphon CS or a SCT Livewire 9600. I like the Gryphon CS for the color screen, the mpg readout, custom tunes and i like the SCT Livewire for all the on-board options it has plus the custom tunes and data logging. You guys tell my about what you got and how you like it..For the most part I'm leaning toward the SCT.

Then get it! Clearly, the Livewire offers as much "bling" as the CS along with additional features. PHP can write tunes for the Livewire, as can Troyer, VMP and others. I'll point out though, PHP and Troyer are sponsors here and we like to support them.

I did not know that PHP can write tunes for a livewire. Thanks for that. I should get the tunes from them then. Looking on SCT's website and theres nothing about writing custom tunes..

Yes, do. I COULD be wrong, but I know he can write tunes for the X3. If the Livewire can be custom tuned, then any of the three I mentioned should be able to do it.

Of course, I may be giving the Livewire too much credit. If it can't be custom tuned, then I wouldn't pick it at all.

It does say SCT calibrations on the PHP site.

Check out Mike Butler at 5startuning.com.

I have yet to read a poor review about his service or tunes.
