2470 with 3% squish subtracted out.....
That's the value I used.....

I would kill for 15.6. I get around 12-13. ALOT of it is due to the way I drive. But I didn't buy my truck to get 500 miles to the tank full....

When I first got my truck, I got 19.2 on the highway driving 75-80. Then came 10% ethanol and I started adding weight. Big tires, wheels, nerf bars, etc. I am now at about 15.3 and I drive the speed limit.

thinking about doing the gotts modd with the spectre flexible air duct. do i need to return the truck to stock setting on my edge before disconnecting my battery? and does resetting to stock always apply when disconnecting a battery if that is the case? is the gotts mod even worth it? i've read a lot about people freaking out about lean conditions but it has been debunked as long as you are pre-mass airflow sensor

The gotts mod question is one that I want the answer for as well.

I just can't see that doing much of anything for you.

The Gotts mod does as much for you as a CAI, and it works fine with a MAF. No, you do not have to return it to stock, but you should disconnect the battery while doing it to reset the learning mode.

i will say that with the tuner on level 2..i'm getting a bit of a 200rpm surge at 30-38mph. Tuner says i'm in 4th gear and it's not downshifting...it's just dropping 200rpm then picking it back up giving it that surge feeling. i'd say it's between 1200 and 1400 rpm. weird but maybe after running it in my truck a while that will smooth out, especially since i run between those speed a lot on my way to work. I don't think it did it until I changed tire size which is the only thing I changed. Do I just run lvl 2 and say no to customize to get the tuner lvl 2 back to factory?

Hi.

That sounds like the torque converter unlock/lock cycling. What does the TC flag indicate? Don't tell me you don't know what that is - it's in the manual . And I don't even own one of these things

It should not be doing that - call Edge immediately, unless someone on here ( yoo-hoo.. Jaaaaack, lol) can suggest a 'tweak' to eliminate/minimize this.

I read about the torque converter but I'm unsure of what you are talking about with torque converter flag.

It's okay - I was referring to the little symbol on the screen that tells you the TC's status.

If it's the TC, the symbol will reveal it.

Hopefully an Edge owner will hop in to help. I could be all wet here - a couple of these are all gone

When im at those rpms and surging the lock isn't flashing on and off so maybe that's not it.
