Hankook tires are made by Hankook - they are a Korean company.

I've never had a pair of Hankook's but from my understanding they are supposed to be top notch. I remember my dad bragging about having a pair of them installed on his Audi about 2 years ago.

The OEM Hankooks on the F-150 are garbage. Maybe they do make some good tires, but those aren't.

yes the hancooks on the f150s are garbage. and i have only seen them on 1 other f150. i am pretty sure they ONLY come with the XL package but not all of them have it. i have also seen them with michelines on them. i probably didnt spell that right but whatever. i want to get something a little more on-road oriented but have to really think about it since i am moving to CO where there will still be the driving in the snow issue like i have now. the hancooks seem to do fine in the snow BTW but thats about it.
but yeah i have also heard of some good products by hancook but the ones on the f150s are not one of them.
