I think it's great that PHP is putting family first during the holiday season. I have worked for a small business that sacrificed employee happiness for profit. You can only push people so hard for so long; something has to give!

I would rather sit back and wait for a quality product like the Gryphon (here's hoping that the programming for the 2010 5.4l is ready soon), knowing that PHP backs their product, then jump into something that might be ready sooner but is lacking in quality.
