Has anyone heard of these and if they are an good?
I can get a really sweet deal on one brand new in the box.
Its for a 08 F150. I will be lifting it and want to calibrate the speedo and be able to monitor performance. Oh and add a little performance would be nice!

There are very few, if any, of us here that can advise you on these devices. They MAY be good, but we tend to be fans of the Edge/Gryphon/X3/SF3 kinds of programmers.

Perhaps you can start a new trend!

I have it in my 06 speed cal works not it will not calibrate for tire size or gears as far as towing it is great, but if you are wanting power or to be able to see what your truck is doing dont chose this one maybe there new out look idk never tried it. hope this helps

 

i have 1 in my 09 F- 150 and love it. it did let me change tire size and gears. mine isnt lifted yet so i cant say how it will do then. but the improved power is great ! mileage didnt hurt at all except when i keep my foot in it, i am a drag racer and i do that quite a bit

 

It's a canned, genericized tune. By definition that means a lot has likely been left on the table. Will not compare favourably to a good custom tune - and the COST IS THE SAME.
