thanks guys. ya, its the top bracket. it feels like im going to break it off. can you run on level 2 all the time? what octane do you use on level 2?

 

Yes, you can run level 2 all the time and it uses 87. However, I found levek 3 on 93 was much better for me and it got 11% better mpg, so paid for the difference in fuel cost.

 

great thanks. what do you think about throttle body spacers? I was all excited to buy a cai, but after hearing their not good for 04 f150 I thought I would look for something else to beaf up my truck.

 

I'm sorry, but a TB spacer on a port fuel injection is worthless. They can help a carburator but otherwise, a total waste. Use your money to get custom tuned. That is the single best mod, then do the self intake mod or get a CAI.

well i finally put it on level 2 tonight. i think theres a problem. . . . . when i got it on the engine pops. is this the detonation? it done it a couple of times. i switched it back to level 1. hope it didnt mess anything up. i drove maybe 2 miles and i got 87 shell gas

 

anyone got any ideas?
