Pretty sure but not positive that you need to load a tune to change the tire size.

It's been a while, but if my memory serves me correct, you do have to go into custom settings to set the tires, which means you have to have one of the canned tunes loaded. I could be mistaken, but that is how I am remembering it.

Both Bluejay and 88racing are correct. You won't have access to the Custom Options menu unless you are loading a tune above Level 0.

The difference is hard to describe, isn't it? makes it a different truck.

That's funny! All you've changed then is the shifting, just wait until you feel 20 to 25 more HP.

I'm trying to install the edge evo on my 04 f150 and I cant get the convenience panel off. It feels like I'm going to break it. Does anyone know how to take it off without breaking it?

If you're talking about the panel on the left end of the dash, that has a hole in it for the ventilation system, I just stick my finger in the hole, grab the panel this way and pull. It comes right out. There are three clips I believe, that hold the panel in, they are stiff the first time, so its a bit more difficult to get it off the first time around.

one of the top clips giving you a rough time? it did for me, go slow and try to push down on the clip if you can. maybe use a small screwdriver to push down on it. i was able to get mine by going slow and pushing down on the clip. thought i was gonna break it at first but it will come. running mine on level 2 for about 1,000 miles now and the truck has a lot more zip then before. you will enjoy it.
