Guess now people are seeing why Troyer's wait times are long. The more popular your product is and the more people you have standing in line wanting it the longer you're going to have to wait to get it.
Yeah..I am getting ready to order a tune from Troyer too, I assume it will be a few months. But it will be nice to have the two to compare.

Yeah I have them both as well. Ordered the Troyer tunes over a year ago and was very happy with them. Ordered the VMP tunes a couple months back for comparison purposes. I am still trying to make it down and get it dyno'd, but something else keeps popping up and stopping me from making it.

Hey, would love to help you out, but without a name, order #, or email address, I can't line you up with one of the hundreds of emails I have.

Hey Guys, I have been very busy these past 6-8wks with buying a new house and getting it ready to move into, and also and setting up a new shop. The shop is going to have a dedicated dyno room with ventilation, AC, and noise control, so it has been quite the engineering project, but it will be badass once its done.

If you a question about the status of an order, or if you are even waiting on a reply to an email, feel free to call me or drop me a line, as long as you quote a name and order # its pretty easy for me to look up and get taken care of as necessary.

Thanks for your patience.

Oh, and BTW, I WISH I only worked 4 days a week at my business, its more like 7-days a week. When you own a small business you have to put everything you have into it and more to make it successful.

Congratulations, Justin! How wonderful to hear all the great things happening for you and your family! We're just tickled!

(And you're so totally right... small business = major hours = 7 days a week. Glad you found some time to get the personal stuff done, too. We're still trying to figure out how to balance it all! )

You two would know, wouldn't you? The thing I notice about both PHP and VMP, is that you both seem to make customer satisfaction a top priority. Actually, I suspect we ALL see that!

And Justin, even though I don't have one of your tunes, congratulations on the new house!

I've emailed a couple times this week with no response, I understand you're probably pretty busy with everything though. I'd call ya, but I'm all the way out in Hawaii and by the chance my schedule is clear enough it's too late your time, unless you're answering the phone after 5PM your time. Thought I'd drop a line here since I see you are replying to F150forum posts.

Trying to get my 87 & 92 performance tunes set up differently with the torque converter issue. At about 45-50 mph I'm dropping alot of RPMs and HP and the truck is bogging down, which I don't really like. I have to mash the accelerator to get it back up to speed and if I'm climbing a hill it's even worse.

Name - Robert Tyo
Order ID - 2941
email - rtyo@hawaii.rr.com

Thanks

So you having any better luck getting a response from Justin? I emailed him back on Oct 14th, got a response the very same day from him asking about my tire size and gears in my truck. I responded right back and since then I have heard nothing from him. Not sure what's going on with him (I know he's probably pretty busy) but even after sending the info he requested, still nothing. Guess I'm gonna have to break down and try to find a time to give him a call which isn't easy with the time difference and my work schedule. I guess when you have two working people both with demanding work schedules someone's got to take a time out, why not the customer.
