VMP tune = engine needs service
im not saying your wrong but its not 100% either way, the tune being removed and still having problems dosnt mean it has nothing to do with the tune. thats the only advise your giving(its not the tune) and i already told you justin said that. if you have expierence with something like this explain. otherwise you cant convince me they are not related. seriously what is wrong with you guys. if you put new coils on and the truck INSTINTLY starts to run *****y you would think it was the coils. your tunes work so your happy good for you wish mine did.
i am bro just very worried, Its a new truck, big payment and im hearing very bad sounds after i went back to stock. It could be something simple and i hope i am wrong. i havent given up hope but wouldnt you (justin) be trippin if you were in my shoes??? to all the lonely guys just hanging out and reading this to say something stupid, even the tuner im worried about is just giving advise. this is what the forum is for.if it turns out it was a bad sensor or not related then it will come out one way or another what really happen and people will buy tuners because thet work or they wont because they screwed up my motor.
what advise do you have. no one is giving advise just talking crap about me because i said something bad about there tuner. which is crap dont ruin this site if you dont have advise grow up and go away. bluejay is the onlt guy who said anything worth reading and justin, thump im just defending my point if you have a good one tell me.
I've told you as well as others. I don't know what's so hard about it. The tune wouldn't cause a problem like this. It's not like it's a diesel tune. It's a coincidence more than likely. If it does it on the factory tune than it's something wrong with your truck and not the tune. Things do go bad on trucks from time to time due to mfg's defects. We already told you what to do as well. Go to the dealer. Don't tell them about the tune. See what happens.

i did not continue to run motor after knocking i went to justin and did what he said. trust me i cant tell you every little thing or you may take what i said a wrong way. im stating facts take them or not my motor is running bad after i put a tune on it(fact) tune in and see what happens. im just putting down info i would of liked to see before i bought my programmer. people need to know the risk.

Edit: Take that back... its not all of the advice "we've" given him, its all the advice you guys have given him. I just think he's plain stupid.
So to the original poster... I am going to give my advice (it's been said many times already). GO TO FORD. End of advice. We have nothing else to offer you here. The only thing you can do is go to Ford. I don't know what other advice you expect from us... there is no other advice. No ones going to sit here and say "well if you try this and this, it might fix the problem" because that sort of advice doesn't apply to your situation.
On top of the fact that you started this thread off like a 12-year old child, and continued with it like an 11-year old child, we shouldn't even waste our time helping you.
Cutting out at WOT?
You wouldn't happen to have a quarter tank or less of gas left would you?
Weird noises? I noticed a lot of valve train noise right when I got my first custom tune. It's not bad, even if it may sound like it.
Edit: Maybe Justin's tunes are just so good they exposed the problems your truck already had.

I agree, I'm wasting my time.
Usually because you're listening for every little noise and creak because you've done something. More than likely it was always there.
I was told by Troyer that some "valve train noise" may appear. I heard it after the tune, not sure if it was there before or if it was more apparent once the tune was in. You never know, it could be the same thing he's complaining about.
Btw I'm taking the OP's advice, gonna sell my tuner and go back to stock and be slow

Sike, I'll be sticking with my VMP tune as long as I can, my truck has never run better.
