I wouldn't spend the money on the MIL eliminators. I've seen a lot of cases where they don't work. I'd be contacting TP immediately and tell them you'd appreciate it if it was done today or tomorrow. It'd only take Mike five minutes to pull the tune up and turn them off.

 

i don't have an x cal though, I have the 6600 series chip which would involve shipping it back over the border back to the US and then wait and wait and wait and then have him ship it back to me in Canada

Yikes, that's no good. I'd contact them and see what they can do for you. Maybe he can send you a used 6600 series chip he's got laying around and you can send yours back to him. It's a possibility.
