Talking

there will always be competition between members about who or what is the best. there will alwaysbe sponsers who are going to defend themselves on the forumn. you post about them then they have the right to answer. i do believe that calling people out to make yourself seem superior is wrong and should not be tolerated. but hey that is just me. it is not tolerated on other boards a tall. it is also very hard to have a thread without some people giving pointless answers just to go in an say something. most of the time it has absolutley nothing to do with the threads beginning. you will never get rid of these people. they will just continue to be a nuisance. it would be to easy for people to leave threads alone that they have no useful info on. it is also impossible for members to leave the my dads better than yours syndrom alone as well. i also think there is way to much emphasis puton typed words. typed words bleed your own attitude. and you will at times put attitude to the typed words even if that is not what was meant. heck we would all love for it to be a perfect world. fact is it will never be that way as long as the different people and cultures and ideas all meetin one place. best we can do is try.

It's funny the main person whom this thread was about avoided it even though he posted in this forum.

Hey Thumper,

Seeing this forum's attitude cleaned up would be great. All you can do is lead by example. I, for one, would enjoy that refreshing change.

"Leadership by example" Try it sometime! Just another post that seems to dig into a specific person. I think it just stirs the pot even more. Choose your words wisely.

I think you can offer quite a bit to this forum. Please try to take the high road and I am sure others will follow.

We can share our opinion and recommend our favorite tuners but there doesn't need to be ANY bashing of the other one. If someone is posting a problem they have with one tuner, let the thread go and let the problem be fixed. Offer advice on how to fix the problem but don't bash.

We're all adults on here so we need to act like them. OCP#11, I hate to "single" you out but while you were on your short vacation or whatever it was the forum was pretty good. There were no disputes. Jpdadeo and I were getting along, which is a first, and the forum was running smoothly. Enough is enough, we need to start cleaning this forum up and stop the internet pissing matches. I'm sure a lot of people feel the same way so if we all do our part we can make it happen.

thumper-how did me asking a simple ? be considered stirring the pot,u made comment something like we already know the answer already-i must have missed that post--phil...

Get in line with the rest of the people that can't get Troyer to do the right thing. Do his burning up EFans ring a bell?

Phil, please lets just end this and start acting maturely. We both know you know the answer to that question so there is no need to keep going on with all of this crap. It steers a lot of people away from this forum and what good is that? Truce?

I agree, I shouldn't of called him out like that but I was frustrated. It's hard to please everyone but I felt like it needed to be said.
