Reletively new to the forum, but i joined to get advice on what products ppl recommend, what problems may occur or if purchasing one product requires the purchase of another. I'm not a mechanic, i can figure things out but it sometimes requires advice from someone who has had experience. I have $300 dollars sitting in a box for 2 weeks now because i cant put on the CAI until i get tunes. I read the forum to see what will be best and safest for me but all I read is "you wait to long here", "his aren't as good", and then the pissing starts. It's not helpful. I was under the impression that the forum is to discuss our likes and dislikes and offer advice, not to criticize the competition, although it will always happen, and i dont want to put words in his mouth but i think thats the point Thumper was trying to make. I already hear complaining about wasting time on this site and on my truck, and in the woods, and on the lake, and in the tavern, and, and, and,....i dont want to read it also. It's an F150 forum, its not like we are compairing ford and chevy, we all know whats the best there. good to see the group hug though

Pretty much what I was saying. I'm just tired of someone starting pissing matches for no reason.

I think there are a few more people who need to read this thread ...

I for one enjoy this forum very much. I'm not going to get into a pissing match over what is the best. I run an SCT LiveWire with the Pro Racer Package. I've invested a considerable amount of money in this so far. I enjoy what it does. Is there better/worse? Don't know and not going to find out unless I win the lottery to compare them. I seem to have control on everything but tail light brightness.

Cheers, I agree 100%.

It is great to have choices and there is no reason to bash others for making one.

Yeah hopefully it lasts the next time some noob comes in and asks for the best tuner recommendations. I'm with ya though Thump, don't understand why everyone of them have to turn into a personal bashing thread.
