And again, Mike Troyer shows that he is class!

I'm not seeing anything but "class" from Mike, Justin or Bill.

Class? He just bashed and called people liars and posers? I think not ... Regardless if that's the truth that's not how to handle business especially on an internet forum for all to see. I don't think I'm alone on this one either.

You're probably all alone in the world. He responded with respect and was courteous. It's never seems respectful when the truth hurts. Like telling an ugly person their ugly. Nothing seems respectful or nice when the truth hurts. He took the time to respond to this sensless thread. The fact that he told the other side of the story and explained what happened didn't get the response that you expected from the forum. Most realize that MT likes perfection. Take into account your tunes are written by MT, dyno tuning is done by MT, telephone calls are answered by MT, heck MT is pretty much running things over there. He could have more people working for him you say! Help is not that easy to come by. What if for the sake of argument he hired someone else and they made a few mistakes. He would be liable for them and could possibly tarnish his name for something that someone else did. I guess he has the attitude that if he does it himself, he knows its right and don't have to worry about any problems from it. It takes time to train someone to do the work the way you want it done. I really enjoy the conversations with MT I have really learned a lot. And when I drive the truck I have the confidence of knowing that it was done right. Truck runs great not to mention that I have really enjoyed beating my buddies harley with the Saleen SC. Beat him 3 of the 5 times we ran the quarter. Due to somethings MT is working on for my truck I didn't do any top end runs. Did I mention the only reason that I only won 3 of the 5 races was the Harley blew on the 4th pass. He was in front by half a truck but didn't make it to the end. Now I wondering what his tuner is going to tell him once they take the motor apart. They say good things come to those who wait. I'll wait on MT to get done anyday and I'm always prepared to be without my truck if I'm playing the performance game. I know a lot of people drive their trucks everyday. I learned when I was younger (don't HOTROD your daily driver) not saying that is your case but it really helped me stop walking has I got older lol

No Thumper, here I disagree with you. In his discussion of those folks, he went to some lengths to explain WHY he felt the way he did. And, he backed up his opinions with some fairly convincing arguments. I found what he said to have "class", so I'll stick by my analysis.

It's really easy for all of us to take pot shots at the "big guys". Everyone will have some faults, and any of us can blow them all out of proportion. Sure, TP seems to take a long time to deliver tunes, and, sometimes they don't seem to be perfect. But, first, who among us IS perfect and second, can any of us react fast enough to suit everyone?

My point is, and from your other posts you seem to have seen this too, it looks like he is sincere in working the problems people are having. Maybe, just maybe, he's gotten too big. He's the expert and the guys he's hired to help with the work are not really up to the job.

It's a problem faced by any business as it grows.

And, perhaps you're right on the "public" nature of his reaction. I suspect it just "got to him" and he had to let it out. I've done it, maybe you have too.

So, peace, brother. I like reading what you have to say and would like to continue a beneficial two-way dialogue.

I know that it is not nice for grown men to pick on little boys...but Thumper needs a good spanking. He is in his early twenties, and he still lives with his mommy and daddy (do you still call them that?). I can safely assume that Thumper was not spanked by his daddy for him to speak like he does. If he had been, he may not have become the pretentious little chit that he is today.

Go see Justin tomorrow, and...

I agree with you Jack&Janet. I just don't think because Mike spoke up and said his side of the story that the OP's story should be totally disregarded. Like I said, I agree completely with everything you've said. I just don't believe that someone who owns a business should be speaking to their clients like that or allowing other potential clients to see that kind of stuff. It could of been taken to email, phone, private message, etc.

I don't live with my parents, also I call them my Father and Mother. Just thought I'd clear up your confusion from ***uming things ...

I needed a good laugh though, you haven't been riding my *** lately. I was wondering if you went soft.

Well I guess people are going to have to start waiting 11 weeks to get tunes that won't shift right. Troyer is too busy arguing on the internet

Hmm I noticed this same thing the other day when I had the cruise control through the hills of Tenn. on a road trip. I usually never use the cruise so I've never noticed this before. Although it's not a big deal to me since I don't use the cruise too often I guess I'll give TP a call and see of there is an easy fix.

So far my experince with them has been very good. I did have to wait around 8 weeks to get tunes but I knew that up front so that's all good.

Good call, I forgot to correct him. Shine is rarely right about his facts.

I know but I think you're going soft. You hardly pick on anyone in the GD or 2004+ forums anymore.
