Hi there!

I just asked Bill about his e-mail status, and he's informed me that he's DOWN to about 60! Can you imagine? And that's omitting all the spam! Being out of the office... and then with me being sick and all... well, there's just not enough hours in the day lately.

We are going to be updating the website tomorrow regarding our introductory offer, which we are going to extend until April 22nd. Please be assured that if we have received your e-mail, you are in line for custom tunes, programmers, FICM reprogramming, etc. If you'd like, you can e-mail me directly with your name, and I'll make sure that we received your e-mail. I can probably give you a good estimate of turnaround time, too.

Thank you so much for your interest in the Gryphon!

Installed easily and the pod matches perfectly. I do have a "drone/harmonic hum/vibration" underload at about 1800 rpms though with the "edge" tunes and S&B intake.

What's killing me is the WAIT for my custom tunes from Bill I am hoping that the custom tunes will get rid of that "drone".

Hang in there! It will NOT be the "forever" wait you've read about from people who don't work with Bill. You'll get your tunes - and they'll arrive pretty quickly. Just as soon as he gets done with all the folks that were ahead of you!

I just received my Gryphon today and installed it !!!
I'm posting this because I am in line for my Tunes also but I would
like everyone to know that Bill and Corey have been nothing but GREAT!!!
I've had a couple of phone conversations with them and several emails and they have treated me with unbelievable Customer Service!!! They are extremely busy, especially with PHP taking off so quickly. I have no problem in waiting for a quality product, coupled with the excellent Customer Service!! All I can say is "THANK YOU BILL & COREY" and I will be patiently waiting!! I know you two are doing the best you can (and then some) Don't forget to take some time for yourselves somewhere in there!!

God Bless

Archer

to everyone still waiting for their custom tune(s) (including me besides the point)...have you tried the canned tunes?? personally i think the canned tunes are pretty damn good...or i'll say lvl 2 is pretty good...i only ordered one tune to begin with until i got my exhaust (still not done ha)...but now when i seen this lineup begin to take place i got concerned i wouldn't have my tune for towing season and i almost ordered it before i got the exhaust on...BUT then yesterday i had to tow...so i hooked up my truck to the car trailer and went and picked up a car...and to my surprise on the way back it got 14 mpg, thats what i used to get on the hwy with the truck itself, and it still had plenty of power...only complaints is that i didn't like that it shifted down going up slight inclines (may not be tuneable i have no idea)...without the trailer i was getting 16 mpg and this was with some short runs and "back of the field" trips...i'd love to take it on an all hwy trip and see wat it got

(Psst... Bill wrote that calibration, too... In fact, he wrote all the stock calibrations for the Evo) (Glad you like it!)
