I ordered mine on March 21st.....well, I had all my worksheets sent in on March 21st and I will get mine in on Friday the 18th! One more day

 

I know, that doesnt make sense??? The only thing I can think of is that you had your Xcall II so that they could get your PCM code, but I dont think it is right if they put you behind because of that? I dont know, did you call today yet? Hopefully there was just an innnocent mistake made. That happens sometimes and of course its much easier to handle when its not you waiting for your new toys.

I am sure if you call they will definitely take good care of you as they always are when you call?

I submitted my sheets on march 13th, the same day I ordered my AF1 and the xcal II.

 

So have you received your's yet?

 

Nope, but i'm not to worried. I will just be glad to get it and enjoy it like the rest of you.( But I think they did lose some help)?

 

Just to let you know, I have been on the list since 4-5-07 and still have not received my tunes. I am also waiting on mine to come via email. I already have the tuner and have sent the strategy to TP. I think I will call them today and see what is up.

I kept calling about once a week the last few weeks so maybe that helped hurry things up That is strange to hear that you guys havent gotten yours yet??? I would call though? I was polite and never yelled or anything, just called to get an update. So they probably got annoyed and wanted me to stop calling

I called about an hour ago and was told I was at the top of the list and it should have went out on Tuesday, not sure why it didn't. He said that there were 3 people who ordered the same day as me and no one who ordered after me should be receiving their's before me unless there was a problem and you're getting a blank Xcal II because they need some information from your truck. Are you sure your tunes are loaded on your Xcal II? Told me they would lookinto it and to call back this afternoon.

3F150 - If I were you I'd be giving them a call because one member that ordered his after you already has his tunes done (maybe). I also ordered mine after you and am being told that mine is the top one right now. Would be curious to find out why 2 members are possibly getting theirs before you if I were you.

 

Let us know what you find out, but you ordered yours a full 2 weeks after the rest of us so you probably still ahve a little waiting time left. I'd say since they wrapped up some work on some trucks they were working on that they are probably getting tunes done that were pushed back and are probably getting them done fast. I wouldn't expect a couple weeks to still wait, but I think you're probably looking at next week sometime at the earliest.

I think I've been pretty calm along with everyone else. I think talking to those who all ordered theirs around the same time helps when the wait has been twice as long as anything that was posted in the past. Everything I had read in the past and even from a post by Mike himself stated the wait was about 5 weeks or 18-22 business days. Counting today it has been 43 business days since I faxed my sheets in so double the wait time of what is expected. If there are extenuating circumstames that have made it that way I can understand, but some information I think isn't too much to expect. Maybe someone here has that information and posts what they know. I have found out that the folks at Troyer were working on several Rousch trucks that delayed the tunes. I understand that, but what I don't understand is when a member posts on here that he faxed his sheest in after I did, yet his tunes are already created and in the mail to him.

Not looking for your sympathy and I don't know if you meant for your post to come across as condescending or not, but maybe if you don't have anything productive to add to the topic you should just move along. If I took your post incorrectly I apologize.

 

According to the email reply that I received yesterday, it will be another 10-12 business days untill I get my tunes. I hope the old saying is true that good things come to those who wait.

 

I guess I need to check to see if the tunes are on the Xcal II? I recieved my intake and tuner today but havent been home yet? I ordered the 3.5" intake so they normally dont send that without the tuner because you cant run that intake without custom tuning on the truck. Man, I am going to be disappointed if I have to wait longer to have my tunes???

 

I know your tunes are on your Xcal because when I spoke to Neil at Troyer I mentioned your name and you had your tunes done before mine and he looked you up and said "well I believe you." Wasn't sure why things ended up that way, but went up, spoke to Mike and called me back within 5 minutes to tell me my tunes would be in my email today.

So glad the wait is over and it was so worth it after a 10 minute ride. Hopefully I'll have some running around to do tomrrow and can get some more driving time on the tune.
