TroyerPerformance.com Now Open!!
Hello Everyone,
The time has come, TroyerPerformance.com is now open!
We've just opened the first few sections of our Online Store, and will be adding more sections each week or so until they are all up.
You'll see the most complete part descriptions & information that we've ever seen on any e-commerce site for performance, as well as full online E-Commerce capability for 24 hr. ordering of everything you see on the site's Store.
Currently there are hundreds of parts available for American Trucks & SUV's (with emphasis on our beloved Fords, as usual!), and within the next 30 days, there will be hundreds more added, as we complete each new section.
We will also be adding all the FAQ's & other content we've been discussing just as quickly as that can be done, this will be *after* the first thousand or so parts are up in the Online Store.
Thanks to all of your for your patience for this long-awated site, & we look forward to serving you better than ever!

Its sweet Mike, I have been waiting so long for it. I'll talk to you soon, and maybe we can get some more parts for the older trucks on there in time. Ill work with ya on that if you want ie. that sweet ignition setup you got me, true dual setup (I can make a picture as well) , custom intake setup, Anita was a huge help here, once I get it finished, I will really have something to show you. Talk to ya soon.
IF only i had 7500 to spend on that Stage 5 package... Plus the money to rebuild the engine, might as well port and polish at the same time as rebuild, then im looking at 500+ hp possibly.... I hope Ford stock goes up to about 100 bucks/share!

I'm going to have to pick away at that set one piece at a time! I was drooling over the Stage 5, too!

Congrats on the new Online store. I have been a silent reader for over a year in the computer chip section of this site.
I have read your answers to alot of the questions. You have answered most if not all of the questions from the members of this site.
That being said......
Today I called Performance Products and ordered a Micro Tuner for my Cobra. Your company is the only one that was able to fill my order. No body on the West Coast had the part or returned my calls.
You will have another sale, to me, in a year or so when I get a new F-Series.
Thank you and good luck with the new venture.

Mike, congrats on the new site.
Looks very nice and a job well done. I have one question though, on this page for the Pre '97 throttle bodies you have a superchip listed for sale at the bottom.
Pre '97 Throttlebody
I had heard that you were not burning any chips for anything previous to 1997 vehicles anymore. If this is true, where is the Pre '97 programming coming from ???

Wow, thanks for your responses, everyone!
After seeing them, it makes me feel bad that we still have so many "holes" & tons of additional stuff to put up to really make it a site we feel is worthy of all of you. Thanks for your kind words, all of you.
Beastie, you've done a lot with us, & yes, we are going to be doing more & more for the pre-'97 trucks. It's hard sometimes, as that market is very small in terms of how many owners are actually spending money purely on performance upgrades as compared to the "late-model" trucks, but with customers like you & the other pre-'97 owners we are privileged to serve, you make it all worthwhile. We love to see owners of pre-'97's with everything from the 4.9 "Big 6" to the 5.0, 5.8 & the classic gargantuan 460 cu. in. V8 motors!
F150NASCAR04,
How right you are, at that point I personally like to see the motor built & the heads done as well. However, there are a lot of owners who just won't ever pull the motor & build the bottom end or throw a built short-block in it, and who won't spend $3K just on the cylinder heads, and that's who the Stage 5 package is really aimed at, to safely make maximum power in a balanced package on the stock motor. And for those who feel like you & I do, we'll soon be showing our Stage Ultimate package, which of course includes a fully built motor & race-prepped cylinder heads. There really is only 1 limitation to how much power can be made (well, in practical terms), and that is available $$$, as always. We can take these vehicles to just about any power level.
MKTRUCK,
Thanks for your comments, that's very kind of you to say, & nice to see you posting. I'm glad we were able to help, & good luck!
IzzyEddy,
Dean, that has actually changed. We are once again doing custom tuning for the pre-1996 non-OBD 2 vehicles, that happened a few months ago. As Beastie commented on, we're trying our best to serve the pre-1997 owners.
mf150,
Sounds like that might be the polished billet aluminum underhood engine accessories you're referring to there. If so (and if not, man will I feel foolish!), then yes, you can easily start off with the smallest set (or even just 1 piece) and then over time, add any and all the other pieces you want, as the budget permits. We're committed to making each of those matched pieces available individually, or in any combination when people expand to add more of them after starting with either the Small or Medium underhood sets.
Thanks to all of you for your kind comments and for your support, which helps us to support F-150 Online for all of us!

Thanks Mike. I was getting a little worried if I should have to make some engine changes in the future. I wasn't sure where I was going to able to get my programming done. My 302 is getting up there in mileage, 237,000 kms (148,000 miles) so far and I still have all of my heavy driving to do throughout the summer time for work. The body of the truck is in awesome shape still but I am sure that I will wear the engine out before the body goes. Been trying to grab a 351 off a HP Freak but he isn't budging, you would think for a guy that has a few of them, he would be willing to give one up to a buddy.
But if I do any engine work to the truck it will be well planned out before anything is done so that I can continue to drive the truck as long as possible and to get some good HP & TQ out of the engine when it does go in. No stock engine this time !!!

Well so far, that fastest I have been able to get my monster down the quarter mile is 17.469 secs. A buddy (Kidd on here), has the identical truck but a reg cab and he ran almost a 1/2 sec faster than I did on probably a warmer day than when I ran my truck. I had a compression test done last fall and the numbers were not great. For all of the cylinders dry the numbers ranged from 70 - 82 psi per and they should be atleast 140 - 170 range. Kidd has just recently done a compression test on his truck so I am going to have to get out to his place and we can re-do my test to see if the numbers were correct. I put about 34,000 kms on the truck per year and some of them is running around with JMC and Neal so they are not the easiest of kms either. I do all my normal maintenance on the truck, oil & Lube every 5,000 kms, tranny oil & filter along with rear-end oil change every 100,000 kms, tune-up every 2 years roughly (running Bosch Platinum +4 plugs to have less tune-ups). I am trying to stretch my tune-up times out to two years but I am not sure if it is doing any good with the truck. I am currently running Ford Motorsports Wires and I am thinking about doing a tune-up now starting with the plugs on up to the rotor. I would be doing it this fall instead but I don't think that wires are doing so hot after a year and a half. I will stop babbling here.
