How many time do you wash your truck

Ok how many times do you wash/wax you truck. Personally I wash my truck at least once a week and wax once every 1-2 months.

I usually wash mine once a week.....I can recall doing it in the middle of the week on a whim, when I thought it looked too dirty, I have waxed it twice in 4 months. Winter is coming now so I'll try to keep it clean underneath.....New England is a salty place in winter.

Once a week

I've been washing pretty steady for the last several months every weekend. Seems to be a good time to do it. I'll not do it this weekend, so I'll probably let it go and do it the next.

I'm good for washing it every 4-5 days. My assigned parking space is under a tree that likes to cover my truck in filth. I've been working on the neighbor who has a 67 VW with almost no paint to trade with me. I wax it about every 2 months, although I probably need to do it monthly because of the tree. I was also thinking I should have clay barred this weekend before I waxed it. There are a few spots on the hood that could be smoother...

You guys will scoff.........

I can't remember the last time I hand-washed my vehicle(before my L)--too lazy and in too big of a hurry. I would run it thru the quick-wash(ouch--scratches) or pay somebody to do it that would come by my office. Of course, that meant the vehicle was being washed and dryed in the sun--no shade around here.

But a strange thing happened when I got my L----I fell in love with an inanimate object--sick, but true. And, I wash her 3-4 times a month--by hand(mine)--in the shade--on the weekend. I've waxed her myself twice since I bot her in May. I really like CWW, Hawaiian Car Soap, and Miracle Mist--all coats products.

Now I scoff at the guys-n-gals in my office that get their BMWs, MBs, Lexuss, etc. washed out in our parking lot--hehehe.

Smile It's a sickness, lol!

I wash mine about once a week, depending on weather. I've been pretty lucky lately, for a while I was cursed with rain within 24 hours of a complete cleaning I wax about once a month too, also depending on weather. When I don't wax after a wash I go over the truck with Meguiars quick detail spray, keeps it looking nice. Clay bar at least once a year, too. Slick paint is a beautiful thing,,,,,98

Once a week. I wash mine about 4 times a week. My truck is always spot less. I hand wash it every Weekend and during the week I spray gun wash it. I know it's going overboard but it runs in my family. We are all perfectionists. (To bad we can't get spelling down).

Cool

crazedf1

I did wash mine once or twice a week. Every time I filled it with gas.

Now that I don't commute in it anymore and it sits in the garage day and night, it only gets washed ... once a week. I can't stand to see dirty or dusty black paint. The trucks are just to darn good looking.

I usually wash once every 2 or 3 weeks, depending on the work schedule. I wax 2 or 3 times a year. I used to be much better about doing it more often, but now I just don't have the time and really, I hate to say it, don't worry about it as much anymore.

LOL, Ya I know it a bit exstream. I just enjoy havin my truck sparkle. I live on a acreage so it pretty dusty and I park in a gravel parking lot at work. SO it always seems to have a layer of dust. Plus it's black so it shows every speck of dirt on it. My friends always laugh cause every time I'm going somewhere we have to add 15 mins to our drive because I'm stopping at a car wash. I not only don't want the nicest truck on the road but the cleanest too.
