I returned from a trip to Alaska and back a few weeks ago and I'm having a hell of a time getting bug stains off the chrome bumper. Cleaner, polish, and clay and they are still there.
I just rec'd a new PC7424xp, m105,m205 and black diamond wax. Do you think the m205 will help get this crap off?

 

Apply coke (regular) and rub (gently) with a piece of aluminum foil.

 

Will try that, hope it doesn't take off the chrome too LOL. Hard to believe people drink that, for me only good use for that is Jack Daniels.

 

That's a good way to ruin two good drinks...!!!

 

Use a bug and tar remover. It's a little more abrasive than a lot of polishes. Will take some elbow grease.

 

Bug remover windshield washer fluid helps.

 

I would try a light compound with the wool pad at a very slow buffer speed

 

The coke and foil worked incredibly well! Even worked on my chrome mirror caps and the bull bar.
