Got Wrangled by a smooth talking salesman!
I was getting gas yesterday when I was approached by some dude selling
FW1 waterless car wash and wax. I had a few breakdust spots on my Oxford White F-150, and lone behold the FW1 made the spots disapear quite easily!. I ended up buying 2 cans of this stuff...
I only use McGuires products on my trucks, but I may have to give this stuff a shot, at least on the breakdust spots and maybe even the 20's...

If you are a Megs person, and trust the Ex employee from there, then you might not have been taken.
I seem to recall Mike P bought something from a pop up tent ( do not recall if it is the same stuff ) at a gas station.
He said it worked pretty well on the hood of his project car, prior to sanding and buffing the paint out.
He only used it like an AIO Wo-haze-Wo type product, similar to using PB QW+ for the test.
For waterless cleaning, it is more expensive when compared to other products like ONR ( gal ~ $40 for 128 rinse less washes - similar function ).
Might be a good alternative to door jamb work, after a wash use this in the door jambs and door sill vs cleaning them prior to AIO application.
I shy away from waterless and rinse-less washes that require rubbing as part of the application. Seem counterintuitive to me, but that is supposition on my part.

I will not be using it as a waterless carwash, I will use it for a quick detail after wash, And I hear it works very well on wheels and windows...
A guy tried to get me to buy some at a gas station too. It looked like it worked pretty good, but I didn't buy it because of his sales approach. He walked up gave me his pitch, and before asking sprayed it on my window and drivers side door and went to wiping. It was on my old 01 chevy with 200k miles but I felt it was a bit disrespectful. I just said uhh...thanks...but no.
I'm still curious about how it works, seems it would be really useful in between washes.

I am only recalling this from memory, no actual experience myself. A lot of people trust Mike P's opinion on products.

It isnt worth $20 a can, but I can say that it removed some breakdust rust spots from the cab/box with ease, and left a nice smooth shine, also works quite well to clean up my 20's and repell the breakdust...

If I ever get my hands on some I'd probably use it as a touch up between washes and on my rims.
