Tar on your fenders?

most of you OCD guys probably already know this, idk u probably wouldnt recomend it but what the hell. . .here it is for the ppl that dont know
i washed my dads 06' F250 today and he had some tar on his fenders. instead of going out n buying some tar/bug remover, i just used some WD40. it works just as well, i would only recomend it on lighter colors. get a small towel WD40, spray onto the area (be careful with overspray) let it chill for about a minute n wipe off.

also for you mudding guys, spray WD40 on wheel wells before hitting the pit and when u wash it falls right off.

I believe he means the white discoloration. I thought it was a reflection at first but it does look a bit odd.
