An extreme experience with "autogeek"!

I feel OBLIGATED to mention my recent experience with AUTOGEEK!

I placed an on-line order Saturday, realized Sunday night that I left out KLASSE GLAZE by mistake.......

emailed them Sunday night and requested they ship the orders together to save "shipping" charges even though there were over 250 orders between my 2 orders.

Monday morning I got an email, confirming the 2 orders were combined to the "original" order and they even "credited" my PAYPAL for the shipping charges on the 2nd order.......AND I got the UPS TRACKING notice it was shipped today!

THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE!
THANKYOU AUTOGEEK!

I ordered a bunch of stuff from them including Poorboys white diamond, 3 days later I asked the if they can swap it out for Poorboys Professional Polish and they did. The only thing I notice about there service is shipping out of there wharehouse is getting slow but that just might mean they are very busy.

I had a similar experience with Meguiars recently.
I needed some M105 and later that night decided to order some pads. Since I ordered them so far apart I figured I would just eat the additional shipping and not say anything about them combining the orders.
When I received the order they had combined them and adjusted the shipping on their own.

It's always good to know people are paying attention. It makes me not mind spending more money later.

Nice to hear of other online retailers that have it together.

Damon, TIRERACK.COM rates just as high with me........
I've bought many items from ya'll, including tires.

Last year I also bought some CHROME WHEELS from tirerack, last month the truck came out of the FORD DEALER missing the "center-cap".......

It took 1 email and ya'll shipped a new center-cap to me within 24 hours!

That's why I spend my money with VENDORS that actually provide "customer service"!
