If they are clear coated...
Treat them like any other painted surface and wash them frequently.
Every other month or so I use Optimum Opti-Seal and NXT wax.
Weekly I wash and follow up with Meguiars Ultimate Quick Detailer.
I wrongly assumed black rims would be easy to keep clean.
Good luck.

Wax alone will not make them look brand new. Wheels take a beating so a the very least I'm sure theres imbedded break dust. They're going to need a really good cleaning. They may even need a good polishing. Old Dogg did a great job on his wheels. They were pretty rough looking. Here is a link to his detail over at TDC. http://www.thedetailerscafe.com/smf/...hp?topic=979.0 Pay close attention to the before and afters of the wheels. Old Dogg can fill you in on the exact process since I'm not sure how it differs from that process he used on the paint.
