bluebeast06,

I had this same problem, Went to carquest and picked up a bottle of this
http://www.duragloss.com/product.asp?pid=303

Worked wonderful to get those spots out. Works kinda like waxing your paint, just do a small section at a time, and I applied it by hand, no need for the buffer.
The bad thing about it is that it leaves white dust all over the back trim when removing it.

It worked for me on some hard water spots which were on my rear view mirrors. I just wiped it on, let it dry, and wiped it off.

I have heard use Chrome Polish numerous times. Guess if I ever have any waterspots, I will have to give it a shot.
