I'd use a whole lot of Febreeze on any of the surfaces that could absorb the smell. Shampoo the carpets. Clean the whole interior including seats. Do you have cloth or leather? But, in all seriousness. Whats the point? . . unless she's quitting, it's going to start smelling like smoke in a matter of a day. .
It's not just the materials in the cabin that smell.
The smoke gets circulated round the ventilation system and air-con.
Basically, you will never remove that smoke smell.
I am a smoker but I NEVER smoke in my truck. If I need a cigarette, I stop and have one outside the truck.

Locate a local detailer that has an 'ozone machine'.
While this may or may not 'solve' the problem, I assure you that it'll put a SIGNIFICANT dent in it. Ozone treatment has long since been a way to deal with odors in vehicles. The advantage is that you're utilizing a 'gas' to deal with odors and thus, it can infiltrate into all the nooks and crannies in a vehicle where odor-causing 'stuff' can reside.
Upholstery is one of the hardest things to get to shed the odor though... if the person really knows what they're doing with the O3 machine, they'll treat the 'foam' in the upholstery individually with some type of treatment -- maybe not 03.
While Febreeze is something that can help, you'll *never* accomplish much with that stuff. You're better off leaving your windows open on a fresh-air day and bouncing around in your interior in an effort to free the foam's air-space of the odor-causing source... Thinking that Febreeze is going to solve the problem is like putting a band-aid on a compound femur fracture.

Tell your wife to quit smoking. It will put her in an early grave.
As for your truck. Just leave it outside the garage for a few days straight with the windows down. If it's raining, just bring it into the garage. If you can't leave the windows down for whatever reason, take you old respirator filters apart and sprinkle the carbon bits onto the floor mats. Leave them until you get tired of looking at them. But leaving your doors/windows open is the best way to remove ANY odor. Besides cleaning, etc. I don't know anything about O3 treatment. That's a new one on me, but when I get diesel fuel all over my seats/carpet, I just leave it under the shelter with the windows down for a few days. The smell eventually goes away. And diesel is worse than smoke.

The previous owners of my truck smoked. The smell from the interior is gone (never really was one), but when it sits in the sun for a few hours, I can smell it when I get in. And my truck hasn't had a cigarette near it in 2.5 years.

ProLiminator® is the best tobacco smoke product
there is. Even on heavy saturated cigar smoke in hotel
rooms. It also engulfs odors of both animal and human urine,
mold, mildew, mustiness, vomit, flood, even dead body
stench.
