I use the Tripledge blades. I don't have a problem with them lifting at high speeds and I use it year round.

I noticed when I replaced my blades for the first time - that would be the first snow after I got my truck - that depending on where you look there are 2 or 3 different sizes listed. I went w/ biggest listed 22in(?) and haven't had a problem. I also noticed the winter blades suck over 60 mph, so I went back to the regular style. I haven't had any problems this year w/ them icing up, but we haven't had an icy weather here - it's either been snow or rain.

Why would you want to go with 22 or 26 or 30 or whatever? It's not like the whole windshield has to be wiped clean. Sounds kind of paranoid like my dad. He always wipes the windshield (inside) while driving.

well i could see going with like a 22" over a stock 20" or whatever. nothing to do with being paranoid, but if there's still more than 2" left that isn't reached, and i need new wipers anyway, why not get slightly bigger ones.

Common sense dictates that if you can see better thru the windshield (especially during a snowstorm), the chances of you having an accident are greatly reduced. That extra 2 inches of snow and slush removal might make a big difference in your future. Think about it.
