[/IMG]I've had both. The fiberglass is heavy, needs to be painted (not cheap), are more or less permanent. The Undercover is light, very strong, easily removed and looks great. Just MHO.

I have never liked the textured look of the Undercover. I much prefer PTM fiberglass. Blends in with the truck so much better. I don't even like the Undercover on a black truck, because of the texture. Looks like a wart!

i had a fiberglass got laid off and sold it. i like the look of it but i have 3 kids and haul their stuff so the undercover would be nice for that. my truck is bright red and the fiberglass one is black so it will be like that for a little while till i could get it painted.

I have an Undercover SE on my red 2010 F150 and am very happy with it. It keeps the bed totally dry and is very easy to use (throw in a BedRug and I could sleep in it in a monsoon). Plus I received a free SwingCase with it.

i think you're gonna like it man. i've had an undercover for four years and love it. i can take it off/put it on myself, though its kinda awkward. with my girlfriends help its cake. i like that the colors don't match, looks like the bed is still there. also, its profile is a little lower than the fiberglass ones. i had the older locks and one started leaking and they replaced both for me. good company.

I too have an Undercover and have loved it from day one. Had one small issue with a faulty lock but Undercover quickly sent me new ones, no questions asked.
