Painting?

I saw an F250 on the road today that looked much like this one:

And it got me thinking about painting my bedcaps and my toolbox in the Arizona Beige that would match the two-tone of my truck:

Thoughts?

Hmm...I think I'd rather paint the bed caps to match the paint. I did that and I feel it gives a much cleaner look. All personal preference though.

If I remember correctly you can buy the bed caps in Arizona Beige. The King Ranch's came that way. I have seen people paint the bed caps and they can turn out great or they can turn out bad. At least if you buy the beige ones if you scratch it, under neath it won't be black. That's when they start to look bad. IMO

Now you're just making too much sense.

Great idea.

Check out my toolbox. I didnt want chrome, and I didn't really want black. So I bought a black one and took it to a local body shop to be covered in Arizona Beige to match the bed caps. I love it, and get compliments all the time. I have only seen one other person do this...

Now I wish real bad that I could get the plastic topper on the rear bumper Arizona Beige, like on the SuperDutys. They used to be that way on the 03 and under F-150 KingRanch, but in 04 they started using black. I don't know why when all the other plastic is beige.?.?
