The LT with a keyhole comes with both the keyhole and number pad on it, it is a combo deal. It might work but there probably is no wiring on the passenger side for the number pad to work.

I have a 2005 XLT flareside S/C. I do not have the keypad on the drivers door now. Anyone know if the connections are there to make the new keypad functional?

My 06 XLT didn't come with a keypad on the d/s door. But the harness for the keypad was in the driver side door. When I installed my LT handles I plugged the keypad in and it worked.
