01 lighting or projector headlights?

I'm kinda taking a poll, I haven't seen the projector headlights up close but I have seen the 01 lighting and they look good, if anyone has pictures of either want to put them on here and we will see which is better?
I am looking at buying a set but at that cost they better be nice so I am looking for back up.

thanks..
1 vote 01 lighting..

Thumbs up I vote for Lightning lights

I just got a set from a guy in the classifieds here. His e-mail is echurchill@sprint.ca. The lights are brand new and he said he had one more set when I bought mine. Check him out.

L lights all the way. a friend of mine got the projectors.....they are nice, but i like the L ones better, i have them on my truck. the up side of the projectors is that they have the built in fog lights, but i already have fogs, so i am fat and happy with my L lights.

How much did you pay for your headlights?

They were $200 plus $20 shipping. I thought that was a pretty darn good price for brand new Lightning lights. By the way, they look great.

Thanks rtroha,

I am emailing him now and waiting for a response. Would love to get a set. He said he still has them so now I am waiting on closing the deal with him.

Thumbs up Cool!

You won't be disappointed. The only thing that threw me off was they didn't come with the adjuster screws so I took the ones from my stock headlights out and put them in the new one.

Installed my 02 Lightning headlights last night and went out for a ride and allign. It was foggy and I could really see the pattern.
The lights give off a nice projector type pattern. The beam really gets out there. I also put in my Sylvania Silverstar bulbs and man-o-man is it nice. My vote is also for the Lightning
lights...
BTW, in my truck they were not just a strait bolt in. It took a little modification but it is still an easy install.
I am changing the look of the entire front end and will put some pictures up as soon as I am done.

I just got mine put in yesterday and they look alright in the day but at night (I have the high output blue bulbs) they really come to life..
I have clear corrners but they don't match the crome finish in the lightning lights so I have to find diamond clear corrners( I think they will match?)

so far there worth every pennie.

(I never was very smart with money ))
