I have been trying to find a set of tow mirrors that will fit my 2002 F150 Super crew (four door). Seems like they only make a set for the regular cab and extended cab. Has anyone successfully installed a 04-08 f150 TOW mirrors on the 02 f150 Screw? It would be nice just to 'plug and play' with little to no mods. I want it to look stock with no easily visible modifications on the out side. I tow a 25ft fifth wheel with my 5.4L and can't see **** with those tiny round stock mirrors. Please let me know where you bought the mirrors and any mods that had to be done and the final cost. Ideal price for me would be from $100-$275.00US.

*NOTE* I do NOT want clip on mirrors. I like the 04-08 f150 tow mirror look.

Cool i will look on you Tube. You would think a company or someone would make some. Whoever could come up with a good set of towing mirrors for the 02 would make some killer money.

 

There's only one video on YouTube of a guy who put 04 tow mirrors on a 03 SuperCrew but the video is super poor quality and doesn't really show you what mods had to be done. Does Anyone have a link to a better quality video? It would be Nice to have some instruction before I buy a set of $150 2004 tow mirrors and potentially mess them up and void any warranty or return.

 

Sadly that video is the closest thing we have to a write up.
There is how ever a write up on fitting 09+ expedition mirrors , which are bigger than your stock mirrors.

 

I have found mirrors that fit a 2001-2003 Ford F150 SuperCrew. I found the set on ebay, they say it fits 1998-2002 Ford Expedition. The doors of the supercrew and of an expedition are exactly the same. So i took a gamble on them and they fit perfect. Bolted right up and the plug was even the same. my truck is a 2002 f150 supercrew. i will post pics later. i also included a link.

these tow mirrors are super nice compared to the old round ones. it has power mirrors but only for the top mirror, the bottom mirror is manual. it also pulls out an additional 4 or 5 inches. i would highly recommend this to anyone with a 2001-2003 ford f150 supercrew

 

also please note that on the ebay ad it says it will not fit a 2002 f150 supercrew but only will fit a 1998-2002 expedition but keep in mind the doors for the f150 screw and expedition are exactly the same

 

That's good to know thank you. Glad they finally made an expy/screw tow mirrors that are direct plug and play.

 

We need pictures of them mounted! If they really fit I'm getting myself a set.
