Autozone should have some good black 3M double sided tape, just cut to fit. Don't use cheap double sided tape.

I'm not sure if they sell just the adhesive. Every new emblem I have seen has come with the adhesive on it. Can't imagine they would do just the adhesive.

You can use the 3M double sided tape, but it's sort of thick. Instead you can use 3M Emblem Adhesive available at auto stores like Pep Boys.

Scuff the backside of the emblem with sandpaper before applying the glue for better results.

If you look around, you should be able to find the double sided automotive tape not only in different widths, but different thicknesses.
