I plan on getting the fog light hardware and getting it wired up next month, then getting the rear powder coated. Just doing a little at a time.

That looks AWESOME!

Here you go, punisher. Do NOT run fog lamps off puny turn signal wires. You'll just burn it up. Do it right and use a relay and some thick wiring.

Punisher, with a painted front bumper, why are you choosing to get the rear powder coated? It seems to me, that if you were going to get either p-coated, it would make more sense to get the front one done in p-coat, seeing as it is more exposed to directional impact from debris. Now that you have painted the front, it makes more sense to me to paint the rear. And you already know what kind of color match you will get from painting it. What will be your thoughts if the rear bumper comes out a shade or two off?

I didn't know that powder coating holds up better than paint until right before it was finished. I'm going to run by there today to see how close they can match it. If it's really off I don't know what I'll do.

Thanks for the schematic Raptor, but will they be able to turn on along with the parking lamps?

If you wire according to the schematic, you'll have independent control of the fogs.

The front plate bracket was broken on mine, so I just ripped it off. I think you have to remove the lover valance to properly remove it.

The headlights are from Hella, but fog up from time to time.

In texas, it's illegal.

I know people who don't run them and have no issues, while others get hassled.

I've been told by a dealership you are allowed to keep the front in your windshield not sure to the truth in that.

Another idea, not sure of the legality of it, mount it behind the opening in the bumper making sure the numbers are visible.
