Anyone know where I could get these emblems? I believe they only came on the tailgates of the F-150 7700 special trucks. I want to take my stock ones off fenders and put two of these on. thanks

 

what was the 7700 i saw one the other day and was puzzled

 

The 7700 is a heavy duty F-150 (7700 GVW). Called an F-250 LD from '97-'99 and the F-150 7700 from '00-'04 (Heritage). They are (in my opinion) the best truck of this body style, w/ 4r100 trans, heavier frame, springs, brakes, and 7-lug wheels, yet drive pretty much like a standard F-150. An excellent truck for someone who wants to work an F-150 hard, but doesn't want a 3/4 ton truck.

 

That sounds similar to the Chevy Z85, I didn't know it excited until I bought one.
The Z85 is a heavy half, that truck rode pretty good for how stiff it was.

 

No sir. The Z85 package was just suspension upgrades to make the truck handle better when towing. A Z85 was not a "havy half" as you called it.

A 1500HD would be comparable to a F-150 7700.
