My Bedcaps Are Grey

My bedcaps are almost grey. Im thinking it might be too late on getting them back black? So is there something to bring the black back or do I have to paint them again?

Take em off or tape em off and paint them. I know others will chime in about different products but I think painting is gonna be your best bet.

Pop them off and shoot them with some Krylon Fusion, everything else is just a temporary fix. I did mine about 2 weeks ago, they look brand new and should last a cpl years..

just popped mine off a couple days ago and hit them with a little primer and paint..it was a breeze to take em off, all i did was squeeze each side and pull right up. then just make your way down doing the same thing. All i need to do now is put a clear coat on them just so theyll last a little longer. but yea i think it will be your best bet to just paint them!

I started in the back by popping up the end then slid my hand under the bedrail prying and popping them up as i worked my way to the front.. Didn't break one clip. Bumper covers i'd prob tape it up REAL good and shoot it on the truck..

Goodluck..

I just did mine the other day, real easy to get off, make sure you dont break any clips. Sand them down, put primer and shoot a couple coats of paint and your good.

Paint em but im gonna chime in and say use a plastic primer the spray them with rustoleum and not Krylon fusion.

Thats what I did and its like a bullet proof paint on the plastic
