I have them on mine....stay on fine and still have no blemishes after a year or so.. I have mirrors and door handles.

I would like to pull them off and paint them black though. Will most likely buy another set and paint them black next summer. I just don't dig the chrome look. I'd say they are 50/50 on likes/dislikes.

I dont want to take the time to take apart the door assembly to remove the handle to paint them is my problem. And hate paying people to do things for me which is why I wont do paint to match at a body shop.

Well, as one of the few chrome fans here - with an 06 Lariat Chrome Edition - I like em. My truck came with the chrome half covers on the mirrors. I added the stick on door handle covers and tailgate latch cover and all have stayed on for 2 years now. Still look good and much better than the factory black. PTM might be a nice look but I purposely wanted to accent my Chrome Edition look.

the roof spoiler is for drag when he wants to drive it....clearly the rear one is for when he kicks on the afterburner (hence the 20 exhaust tips) and wishes to fly to work.

although Im not sure what the chrome mudflaps are for on the rear windows? possibly a heat shield for when he re-enters the atmosphere ?
