i am led crazy its just taht i dont have the time to mess around with taht stuff as much as i want .... would love to do something like the ambient ford lighting kit and also wanna do the amber big rig lights down the side of the truck tied in the directionals and a custom mirror puddle lamp kit with a 47 inch white strip down the side under the doors that will trigger with unlock and entry of the truck

ya but on eBay to get a 120cm(47 inch) led strip at 6 bucks a piece time 4 is 24 bucks say maybe 10 bucks in extras.. that's 35 bucks.. save about 125 bucks

hard wire the big-rig style lights in with mirror turns and the puddle lamp style led strip on the interior light circuit !! DONE and badass looking

 

not as overboard as the title suggested.

ive got the blue cathodes under the front seat for the rear and under the dash for the front then im also adding some blue ones to the vents also.

 

Yeah, I just wanted to light up my truck yo'.

 

small led strips are next project for me as well as others stated above

 

the leds in the door panels and visors is a cool idea
