Opinion...center caps or no center caps?

Cleaned up the area of my wheels underneath my center caps today and am thinking maybe I like the look better with the lug nuts exposed.

The hub is rusty...I need to see about painting that if I decide to stick with this look.

CAPS all the way IMO... it just doesn't look right to me w/o them

Thats a good idea too, but it wont look good unless the wheels are glossy black IMO.
