Looks great Darren. Amazing how 2 chrome bulbs change the look of the front end.

I have to order the other chrome light so i thought I would throw some other lights in there too
I accidentally ordered the 194 Superstar Bulbs with Metal Heat Sink in Super White. They're the 7th ones down $6.99ea. I emailed them and they said I could definitely order the proper bulbs and ship these back for a refund. They would be perfect if these trucks used top end facing bulbs in the housings, because just 1 of these bulbs is bright enough to show the whole plate. I considered duck taping them to fit but water and mud getting in and all..

The ones you may want are the 9th ones down ( 194 168 W5W 2825 Matrix Bulbs Emits Light in all Directions ). I ordered those and hopefully within the end of the week they will arrive. I have not been notified of any track # yet and I ordered last night so maybe wait and see but they will beam out the sides. Hopefully they will work right.

Mine are from ebay, they're 45 LED, I cant find them on there in 3057 anymore. They barely fit through the housings, its very tight and every time I worry about breaking or cracking them. But they look very good lit up. Regular bulbs put off more light, these hardly put any light out, but I dont care I know the areas I back up in so oh well.

I still haven't washed my truck from the mudding I recently did.

Heres the chromed 3157s, the 921 18LED tower bulbs ( bed cargo lights ), and the 194 bulbs I bought for the plates I an returning because I accidentally ordered forward beamed LEDs, our plate housings need side beaming. I put them in for now so I atleast al legal now, but its very dim.

Does that all look like $50 bucks? :o

Regular amber 3157s.

Chrome 3157s.

Look just like regular bulbs when lit up.

For the bed lights, MUCH! cleaner looking.

And heres the plate bulbs anyways. They are very very bright, its just too bad they aren't side beaming. I had some cheap $4.00 LEDs from SuperBrightLEDs already, and one had been burnt out for the majority of the year, and I hate the bluish purple look.

But i'll deal with these for the while. They are super bright white, looks much better, too bad they dont beam on the plate though.
Looks great!

Exactly which bulbs are in your parking lights? I know they are 3157 bulbs but are they the chrome dome, titanium, or platinum? I've got silverstar bulbs in mine but I don't really care for the bluish tint they have.

Yes mine are the Titaniams also. I cant see myself spending $11 each for two chrome filament 3157 bulbs. They are very nice so far.

I love my bed light bulbs

Darren- just ordered the other chrome bulb and two tower style 194 I went with them because they seem to put out more light. You get your new bulbs yet? (the 194s)

I got my new plate bulbs finally in. These sure did the trick They are very nice and HID white with a hue of blue. Matches the reverse lights, and cargo lights perfect. And can be seen from quite a distance. They are shorter than the 194s I first ordered which means they will for sure fit better.

Heres the photos. They aren't as blue looking as they appear, they are 85% white 15% blue to my best judgment.
