one of the benifits of having a summer inspection you can just roll down the windows and hope the dont notice, you get weird looks if you do that when its 25* out

In college station you don't even have to get out of the car. You hit the brakes and turn signals and a few other things and your good to go. They may not even do emissions testing it think ( not 100% on that)

Just wait till the DPS get you for it Been there, done that and never will again! 500 dollar ticket, they put X's in the tint while I was pulled over and started peeling it off so I had to finish it. I had to finish peeling it off, show I had peeled it off and cleaned it up plus still pay the ticket. I can't help you with inspection, it will look funny if your windows are down and dont work... I can tell you whats coming if they nab you for it. Rolling down the windows when they pull you over dont work either 
They seemed pretty pissed off when they pulled me over, and when I went to pay the ticket. I loved it, but not worth the trouble once you get nabbed for it..
