Some Recent Updates I thought I'd share!
Are you tires any good?
I just bought tires and I can't afford to do that again.
Brakes, WTF?
So I finally got the rotors and pads put on the other day. I'm frustrated in an entirely new way, and didn't even want to think about it (hence why it's taken me a few days to upload this).
Installation went smooth enough. Once I got that far, homeboy forgot to write down when my appointment was, so wasted a couple hours loitering... but you know, whatever.
Does this sounds like a rant yet?
Anyway, once I got them on I noticed that the pedal still felt a little weird. I didn't think too much of it at the time. I just figured that I hadn't pumped the pedal enough to get the fluid back up. So, here is what's going on. When I first start the truck for like the first 5 or so minutes of driving it still feels like the rotors are warped (pulsations in the brake pedal). That does go away after a few minutes, but when that goes away the best part happens... The ABS light comes on, yay! (sarcasm). Now, while I can still stop brakes feel about the same, or maybe slightly worse than they did before.
<rantover/>
On the plus side, I think that they look f'in awesome; so onto the pics!
First before the brakes, I was at my Dad's house awhile ago. So I re-took one of my favorite pictures of her. She's slightly cleaner than last time, and the garage is fully painted! w00t!

FYI, to any other 2007 2WD 4.2L owners who want to upgrade.
Ford, decided to make the hub part of your OEM rotor. So if you want to upgrade to aftermarket rotors, you have to buy a new hub.
Awesome.

- So, why is my ABS light on?
- How can I fix that?
- Why aren't my brakes performing better than OEM parts?
(Reminder, I installed the Powerslot Cryo Rotors, and the Hawk Autocross Pads) - What's up with the pulsation in the pedal?
- And, did I buy expensive parts just look cool, or are they actually going to help anything?

- At least one comment about the fact that I need to wash my wheels
- At least one comment about a center-cap
Don't let me down guys! :P

I got yo back.
OMG WHERE ARE YOUR CENTER CAPS!!!!!
Haha nice brakes though.
bleed again, not a bad idea
but the pads are brand new so i know that they dont have any wear
thanks though
i hear ya, but i was saying some pads have a coating on them that has to get worn off before they wok really good unless your are ones that dont need that but i have never heard of ones like that. makes me want to upgrade my pads hopefully soon lol
That's good to know, now I've got something to look forward to. But what do I do about the pulsations, and the ABS Light?
