Installed some of my LED's tonight

So I got my order from V-Led's in the mail today. Took 3 days to get here from the day i placed my order. They've deffinitly got my future buisness. So naturally, I went out an installed what I could. Some issues...

The fit guids were wrong. The map lights next to the dome lights are not 912 size bulbs. They are all 578 shaft style bulbs, as are the ones above the rear doors (supercrew).

The second is that my drivers side cargo light is inop. I tried a couple bulbs, both ways, and non of them worked. The wiring that I could see works fine, and I dont think they run on seperate fuses, do they? Anyone got any ideas? The terminals looked fine to me, but they might possibly not have been making contact. My pliers are in my tool box at work so I couldnt clamp them down.

Anyway...on to what ya'll really care about...the pics
Dome Light

Light Output (much brighter then this shows)

Side by side with the map light (you can see the color difference)

3rd brake light from the side(really wish both cargos lit up, these suckers are BRIGHT)

3rd brake from the rear

Im deffinitly hooked! Ill finish my map lights, rear door lights, and front doors with the next paycheck.

Oh, and another thing I noticed was that my liscense plate light only has 1 light. It has housings for 2 (which I broke taking apart, thus the lack of pics) but the harness isnt there. Is this normal on the 97-03's, or is it possible that they took it out when they added my tow package?

Take it easy boys...

My 04 heritage (97-03 body) had two lights for the license plate. Odd you had issues with the correct bulbs, but V-leds is my new addiction. already figuring which lights to get for my third brake light that will give the look and maximum output of light.

Looks good BTW so far!

My lights didn't work right away either, I have to move the lead wires around on the bulbs a little bit to get them to catch in the housing a little better. Just a little trial and error and they work great now.

Sundevil what bulbs did you use for your 3rd brake light? The 194's just like the license plate lights? They look good. And did you put a bulb in the red section of the light too? Just curious, can't wait to order mine lol. Thanks!

I drilled 4 small hole above my plate on a fibreglass LUND rollpan and put in 4 blueish/ whiteish LED lights. Looks realllllly good IMO
