Led Tails in (pics)

just installed E-bays finest led tails / 3 rd brake lights, i wanted the stock look with leds and i have to say im very pleased on how they look.

i ll have to wait till when darkness falls to get some night time pics, but in the time being im sure these will do.

i also put in reverse / cargo leds which i will take pics of later

Looks very nice. A fine choice you made. Bet your releived the debate is over. Still have cruise control with the 3rd brake light?

Those look pretty good man, If I end up copying you and gettin those I think I'd throw a coat or two of nightshade on em to change the color a bit, I like em tho!

Any pics of them lit up?

thanks man. yeah i think harleys would have looked good but the light out wouldnt of been as good

i didnt get a chance to go for a ride yet, i will try out the cruise control later though

no night time pics yet, i gotta rig something up to hold the brake pedal down lol

they actually are rather dark/darker than stock , i was surprised

i wasnt hitting the brakes nor is the cargo lights on , but i did notice that the white cargo leds are on very dimmly on all the time even when the truck is off.
hope my battery doesnt die any one have any suggestions ?

I know I've heard of other guys having that exact same problem, didn't have that issue with mine so I never dug deeper, but there's gotta be some info out there

Oh I didn't know it just came on when the brakes were on, gotcha.

do you remember where you saw that info , my search yielded nothing, i think im gunna take the white cargo leds out until this problem gets fixed

So are you getting away from the "blackout"? Yours was one of my favorites, still looks very good but all blacked out was BA!!!!

and what did you do with your old tails?

im still gunna hold on to my pro-comp 7005's for the winter months, but thats about it with the black out

old tails are in a box in the basement
