Lower Honeycomb Grill

Since my truck had a booboo, i got lucky and got a new front bumper off fleabay for 150$. It came with a lower billet grill, which of course doesnt match my upper honeycomb. Anyone know of or have a lower that matches the stock upper. If i cant find anything id be willing to sell or trade.

lower grille

The lower grille you are looking for would be a Roush piece. its a full length honeycomb with two vertical dividers where the stock short grilles end. It is only availlable when you buy the chin spoiler from them. Or as I did originally I bought one off ebay when someone was going to use a billet grille. As it happen I have an extra Roush lower grille now and I also have the stock two end pieces. Where are you located? I could figure out what shipping one or the other would cost. we could work something out. J.B.

If you want a lower honeycomb grill to match the top go to the local body shop and see if someone has damaged the grill shroud and not the grill. They used to come as a complete unit (grill and shroud) not sure if they still do or not. You just have to cut the upper to fit lower and then figure out a way to hold it in. I did it this way to my 1998 f150 years ago.

Hey sorry its been so long since last post. Alot is going on at home. I havnt figured out the whole picture thing yet. Im kinda computer slow. If you checked out Roush performance web site you should be able to see what I was talking about. Im sure someone else in the forum must have pics up of the Roush lower Honeycomb grille.(hint hint).

The honeycomb on the roush lower looks smaller than the stock grill and looks like a after thought on to me.

one thing you should know is that all those trucks on that link have 04-05 front bumpers, yours is an 06-08. the opening on the older ones is bigger than yours.

If you have the 06+ bumper just take the grill off and leave it like that ( stock ) looks best with a stock upper grill.

That grill will only work with the 04 and 05's though right?

I wanted to use one of those on my 06 but the opening on mine is larger.

No matter how hard I tried it wouldn't fit... lol...

So ended up with uppper and lower billet grills...

But IMO they should really make that grill for the 06 - up trucks too!
