Well here's the fogs, finally. I painted them differently than everyone else and I think they look fine.

Here they are, compliments of my daughter's Iphone. (Don't mind the dirty truck)

No doubt. I'm happy for that reason alone.

Now I just have to get them wired up.

 

Well I don't feel so bad knowing pollen is in TX too and I am not the only one that actually uses their truck to go to work , lights look good.
If you have a mishap with that chin spoiler I will make you a killer deal on a spare...FYI.

 

I noticed the lights are not as dark as other members so what did you do different ? I use my fogs often & I would like for them to be tinted but not blacked out all the way.

I mostly just painted the non reflective parts.

 

I painted three of the reflective sections on the ends, 2 on the inboard side and one on the outboard side of each fog. I noticed when others taped off their fogs that when they peeled off the tape it took off some chrome near the ends, so I painted the ends black. That chrome comes off if you breathe on it wrong. Pretty cheap stuff.

Looks great, always liked your truck. You should see how much it would run you to get that FX2 grille you just got ptm. I think that would really good. Nice to see a mod modding. Wait, what?
