If you actually use them and want less wear and tear on the sides on your seats getting in then keep them on but if you want your truck to look taller and maybe a little more cleaned up then take them off. I debated it myself for a while but like I said I have a short wife and it completes the look of my truck

Personally, I prefer them on but the off look is much cleaner. I mainly keep mine on due to my wife and kids, as others have mentioned before. :o

Mine came wo step bars but as 4x4wolf said - a short wife and the entry over time will damage the seats so I had them put on! know - I'm looking at what Stealth as done

Leave them off! It really cleans up the lines of the truck

OFF.
I just like how smooth it makes the truck look.
I'm taking mine off, but I'm installing the Amp research Power step. (vertically challenged wife & bulldog need a step)
I met a guy that has it & I think its cool.
You can't even tell they are there.

It depends on the situation. I agree with these dudes whos got lift that they need to be off. But if your leveled or stock they look good on. And plus the type you got really match the silver.

If I decide to go with a black/grey setup I will remove mine.

The looks is certainly cleaner with them off....no debate there. However, in my opinion, function is going to trump form....or at least come to a compromise.

My wife also has short legs, and she's a good wife, so if she wants them, she gets them. My girlfriend has long legs and doesn't need them, and it doesn't bother her having them on. So....I've added them. I'm sure I'll get use to the looks.

Gator.....You must carry a step ladder with you. Even my long-legged girlfriend couldn't climb up in that thing!
