Placing Order With XenonLink...Sharing the whole experience

Ok, so much like myself, it seems that there are A LOT of people looking into upgrading to HID. I really know very little about HID kits and have been very close to going with the kit from DDMracing.com. But, after speaking with William from Xenonlink.com (who is a site sponsor) I have decided to give his kit a try and keep you all in the know about how it all goes from placing the order, to shipping time, ease of installation, customer support, and the most important...product performance.

I spoke with William from XenonLink on the phone for a while and he seems very knowledgeable about their products and HID in general. I told him that I would document the entire transaction from start to finish and he was excited about that and told be that I would not be disappointed with their products.

Today I ordered the 9007 Bi-Xenon 6000K HID Kit http://www.xenonlink.com/product_inf...roducts_id=190

Which, according to them, is a true Bi-Xenon hi beam/low beam plug and play kit. Meaning that instead of having an HID low beam and a hologen high beam, this bulb has a motor in it that adjusts it to high beams, giving you a true HID high beam. They are currently running a special on the Bi-Xenon Kit for us on this forum for $135 with free shipping. Due to the special price I had to place the order over the phone and he emailed me a Pay-Pal invoice. I was told if they got the invoice back quickly today, then the kit would be shipped today (1/13) and I could expect to see the kit in no more than one week.

Thats all for now, updates will come as I have them.

I'm looking in to the Xenonlink kit as well. Hope you're completely floored by the whole experience (in a good way), but especially the performance.

Keep us posted, will ya?

I sent my paypal invoice with payment back to XenonLink at 3:47 pm yesterday and I received my tracking number from them yesterday at 5:44.

After tracking the package on USPS this morning, it shows that the my HID kit had left the Oakland, CA USPS yesterday (1/13)

So far the transaction couldn't be any better

I ordered from him on monday and I will have it Friday. I however got the H13 Bi Xenon kit, and my experience was exactly as you described to. I am glad he is a site sponsor and so far with just customer service alone I would recommend them to anyone. I am sure there products will hold up to the hype. I know for a fact he said they do in house testing on the hi beam motors to make sure you get an accurate high beam light pattern.

So those of you that are doing his promotional deal and getting another kit when you review his product........just curious but will you get a free kit no matter if your review is positive or negative?

I do not know but I will be honest in my review regardless. The worst that happens is I have to buy a second kit (which before his deal I was planning on doing anyway). I would rather give good info and keep my creditability then to say a bad product is good. So we will see but I will be brutally honest in mine.

YES and great question, and I most certainly asked that question to him. He told me to be completely honest when I post my review of his product...positive or negative and once the review is posted, the second kit will be on its way. Will from XenonLink is very confident in his product and that certainly makes me feel more at ease right off the bat.

Im really starting to get excited to receive this kit and get it installed

Ha ha I know. I can't wait for mine to come in, I have been on there website almost everyday checking out the specs again and again. I think next to my audio build this has been my most anticipated project. I have always liked the way HID's looked.

Ok, quick update for the day.

As I said in the original post, I order my kit from XenonLink.com on Tuesday the 13th, and it shipped out from Oakland, CA that same day.

Heres the update. Somehow, almost as if there were some magical trickery involved, when I checked the USPS tracking...the kit is already in DSM, IA...where I live.

Since I know theres a few of you like me that watch the tracking like a hawk on your truck stuff purchases and then bolt out of work when its been delivered, im sure you can agree that that is some fast shipping.
