a nice can of rustoleum shiny silver on the OEM hooks will do for me before that money....haha

4 Nuts, Pulled bumper off, Hung hooks. seriously it took me and my cousin 11 minutes total

Told ya it was easy. The Roush valance looks so much better with tow hooks installed.
